Hello cstc pple, i need some help here.. today i just receive the CF dash applique.. the instruction says to get 3M Prep-Solvent 70.. is that really necessay to get that spary .. or can i just use the rubing alcohol from the dollar store or else where.. and clean the surface with it... PLEASE help..

Do i also need a heat gun or anything similar to that.... the insturction says to warm up the vehicle surfaces..what do you say about that?>

the installation wasn't hard at all .. just remember to do a lil try out b4 you actually apply it.. you might have to leave some clearance so the waterfall cover will be easy to close or open..thats it.. ONCE YOU APPLY IT THERE IS NO TURN BACK.. those 3M is very strong.. you can pull ur on tooth out faster than u can take those off lol...good luck guys/gals.. let me know wat do you all think.. thanks again for those who helped me on this forum..
