Im sick of my tire shine. I use Black Magic Tire Foam, and the results are great, dont get me wrong. A deep shine, quick, easy, and it shines for like 2 weeks. But the problem is that the bottle runs out so quickly. After about 20-24 tires, its out!

I've tried a few other products, but most of them dont work as well as Black Magic.

So what quality tire shines do you guys use?

I use Meguiars High Gloss Hot Shine tire gel. It lasts forever and so does the bottle!

^ i was just gonna suggest that sicktc...very very good stuff and last for a while quick dab on the sponge and your good. uhnlike sprays bottles you always have to wipe off the liquid off the rims when you over spray which is a pain but with this one quick circular swipe on the tire n your done no drips no excess liquid. love this stuff

i use armarol too. Now they even came out w/ an armarol sponge. It's dirt cheap and you just go around the tires...5 min and you're done. armarol is dirt cheap you can just go to kmart or something and it wont cost more than like 10-15$ depending on the size of the bottle or if u choose to sponge.

I use this as well and I would highly recommend it. I agree it is so easy to use because you don't have to worry about wiping down the rims like you do with spray and foam, plus with the spray and foam yuo always get overspray on the body of the car. And so you know when you first apply it to the tires it does not istantly shine. It shines as it sits and after fifteen minutes, it is pretty slick. Plus the bottle and shine lasts awhile!

I agree 100% on this one... it's almost as good as the solution used at the dealership. It comes in a can spray that works miracles and doesn't splatter.

I actually found some new stuff that I swear by now. I got some as a gift for a contest and now I love it. Turbowax is the brand. And they have a tire shine that rocks. Bottle doesnt seem to be going to fast, but best of all, it doesnt get all over the side skirts and the rear bumper like meguiars does.

A guy from the company (owner or employee, Im not sure)advertises on SL, I can send him this way if you want to check it out and all.

(the rest of the stuff is pretty good as well)

^ Hey thats something I should look in to. Ill also try the Meguiar's. I cant believe I didn't think of that before, haha. I have so many of their other products it only makes sense to try their tire shine.

Hmm, but the Armorall gel is pretty good? Ill have to look in to it. I was really disappointed with the liquid spray. The tires barely shined.

Now Im definitely interested, haha. How long does the bottle last? Longer that 16-20 tires I hope. What I use now (Black Magic) is about $4 a can. How much is this stuff?

LASTS ALOT LONGER THAN THAT!!

I have a small bottle, and I have done the car 3-maybe 4 times. And the bottle has just a small bit out of it.
It takes alot less to get the same results. But make sure you get the applicator for it. As long as you put the cap back on the applicator, you only need to add a tad to the applicator the next time.

As far as cost. I will PM the guy on SL and send him this way. He has gven away alot of it over there through contests. So I am sure he could run a pretty decent deal here, if people actually buy!!
(but with the weather, I dont know how many people are buygin supplies)

Put it this way, I have a TON of cleaning supplies. (to the tune of DOZENS of bottles of spray shines and all from all kinds of companies). When I move, anything liquid, I have to mail at my own cost, or throw out/give away.
The only cleaning supplies I will pay to ship, are the turbowax ones!!!

This is what I use too. Bought the bottle like 2 months ago and its halfway done. Usually what I do is I get a cup, spray some in there, good enough for 4 tires, take out my brush and brush on the shine that way.

I deffinetly put to much on!! I have to with meguiars and all them to get the shine at the car shows that I need t make it look good.
But even with the same amount with turbowax, it doesnt come off.

For normal, I just want my tires to look decent, it might not come off. But to get an amazing shine with meguairs, I always end up having to take a towel to the side skirts and back bumper
