 i want the 2008 upgraded pioneer headunit, but i have a 2007 ...

is the wiring different?

 The wiring is different. It will work but not all aspects.

 and, im reading some things on it, it says it has amp inputs or whatever, i am running an amp to my subs on a stock headunit.. what would be the difference in that, i would just have to get rid of the adapter in the back of my stock headunit now? or what?

or will everything just virtually plug in and work still.

 I believe it the 08 headunit comes wit two rca outputs and yes that would eliminate the adapter in the back of your 07 stock headunit if it works

but if you don't have the ipod stuff to begin with... you're not gonna get the extra cables you need to hook it all the way up.

 so the ipod interface feature will not work, it will just say AUX or whater like my headunit now?

 yeah... there's extra pigtails (wiring stuff) that isn't supplied with the '08 headunit because it's already inside all the '08s..

they are not installed automatically on the '06-'07 though and would come with the '06-'07 headunits when purchased.

those particular parts costs a bit of money... around $80-100 i believe.

 I'm sorry, but I'm reading the post and don't quite understand something.....

I took my 08' stock radio out of the car to see if it had RCA plug-ins & I really couldn't find them...so are we saying in this thread that there are or aren't RCA plug-ins or Jacks on this radio...keep in mind, my radio is the "cheap" one that come's with most Tc's...

I wanna buy a Line Out Converter for the car but now I'm not sure what to do.....

Please someone give me a clue....

Oh, & I'm sorry if I sound like a complete idiot to some...LOL

 from what I know... the 08 have the same radio as all the 06 - 07 models.... you can upgrade your head unit to the premium one... and that one have RCA output...

 the '08 radios are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from any '07 and below ones.. (yes.. including the stock one).

and yes.. the stock '08 radio won't have RCAs, but the '08 upgraded radios do.
