 i like it, it will take a lil while if you know what you are doing but you must have a drill or dremel to get a washer off if you search the forums for short shifter install youll see what i mean, i did mine in 30 min

 i used a hack saw to get the washers and then a flat head to brake the washers

 changing your shifter isn't a problem if you can get the washer off. i ended up using a dremel and it came right off afterwards. this is after i fought the damn thing for about an hour without the dremel. go to walmart and get you a cheap dremel and just cut it off. it should have a replacement washer in the pack.
