ok i want to get 8000k low beams for blue, and then 6000k high beams for light blue bet farther better sight, but heard the high beams will take 1-2 min. to charge so for that long you wont be able too see any better, is this true

simply not true

all HID require some time to charge, but it's measured in milliseconds, not really something to be concerned about.

The difference between 6000k and 8000k isn't significant enough to affect your night vision and anyone that says otherwise has been reading too many forum myths.

You've got to see it for yourself

with your highbeams and lowbeams on, you will see better. It they were on independently you wouldnt really notice a difference. Since they are on at the same time, you'll blind anything in your path. Also, highbeams are aimed up higher for distance sight.
