Bluetooth issue w/ AVIC-D3

 I just recently had instalalled the AVIC-D3, but when it came down to sync the bluetooth w/ my cell the cell recognized it, but not the AVIC, i have the LG-VX8600 w/ verizon wireless, a buddy tried it with his i phone and it worked great, so i am assuming my phone is not compatible, well anyways my contract is up and i am going to be getting now the new Motorola Razr..does anyone think i will have a problem with this cellphone..thanks

 motorola is a much more compatible brand. You shouldnt have any problems
