i can get both for the same price. panasonic has a 7' screen and a 30g hdd. d3 doesnt. but ive heard only good things about d3, moderate reviews for the panasonic, but keep in mind that they're the same price. im kinda leaning towards the panasonic right now. let me know what you think.

 Having the hdd is nice, but a 4gig mp3 dvd holds roughly 40 albums. Like you said, the d3 gets great reviews, and I haven't heard anything about the panasonic either. Unless you get some firsthand review of it, I'd go with what everyone else has already confirmed to be sexy as hell Go somewhere that sells the unit and go play around with it, but I'm not a fan of panasonic car audio.
