Man, its been awhile since I've posted on here, site is looking better than ever...anyway...to my question... Ive been wanting to paint the Gauge Bazel (hope that is the correct term), is there a DIY for this? or can somebody who has done a kick ass job on their's post a quick instruction guide? I would send it to a paint shop, but whats the fun in that?! gotta love working on YOUR car! Thanks for any further info, I appreciate it... |

there isnt really much to it. just pull it off, a light sand if you want, a coat of primer, a few light coats of paint, then some clear coat. im sure the people that have done it will tell ya how. good luck. So what if my girlfriend drives a Supra, I'm more sexier than she is! =) ************* CHECK OUT MY GALLERY ************* http://www.clubsciontc.com/jboy510/gallery-8 |

You can use krylon fusion for plastic, and then no sanding or primer is required. Just prep it to get any dirt and oil off of it. I plan on doing this myself, this upcoming weekend. I got BSP paint to match the exterior, so unfortunately, i'll have to sand and prime. Good luck w/ the project ............... ![]() ![]() ![]() Search or one of these adorable kittens WILL DIE! |
