New Member With Questions About Intakes

 I'm new to the web site and have a few questions. I just bought my 08 Tc in the begining of this month. I now want to do some mods to it. Any tips on what Intake to get. I have been looking at TRD, Injen, AEM not sure which one's to get. Then what is this CARB legal crap i hear about. I'm in NY do i have to worry about this. Also where is a good place i can buy that CAI from and other aftermarket parts. (Online or Store)

 CARB, is only in California and will not apply to you. New York might have some of their own rules, but I've never heard of any.

As far as intake goes, you might want to check this out to learn a bit more about them...

and then check the intake portion of our forums for preference on which intake to purchase. Also, check with carcandy because I know he's got some Fujita and Injen intakes for a good deal.

 well i have an 08 also with an injen CAI, i love it to death, sounds great together with my TRD exhaust..i agree definetely check out carcandy..awesome parts and prices, here's a direct link to their injen CAI's..
