BearZ Houston Texas, US Scion Guru	outer glow and other "Layer styles" click on the layer u want layer styled. then go to Layer>Layer styles>outer glow a box will show up with a bunch of other effects, some u can use together, some wont look good together... play around with the settings and colors until u get what u like!
