Brake Rubbing?

Okay so last night I installed my header and when I started it up I kept the car on jack stands. When I turned it on, I saw that the wheels spun when my car was in neutral and my clutch was not pushed in.

I don't know why the wheels were spinning. Is that normal? I have a lightweight power pulley on is that the problem? If so, is THAT normal? lol.

Anyways when I got the car back on the ground and did not push the clutch it made this weird really really quiet grinding or rubbin noise. I presume that its the break pads just stopping the wheel from moving.

Can someone help clarify this for me?

yea thats normal, your car always does that when the car is at a cold start, it doesnt turn very hard thats why it only turns when its in the air

that's normal when you're in the air...not sure about the grinding noise. probably just your pads
