i have a s/c 05 TC and was wondering if i can/should add a intake to the car. i have read in club-tc.com (http://www.club-tc.com/fo...cai-equal-detonation.html)
that it's not a good idea unless i tune it with a piggy back. i rather keep my stock set up and not have to deal with the whole piggy back thing. i wanted to get another opinionon this. my Tc came with a s/c and a TRD exhaust so thats why i was thining about the intake.can i go with a SRI or a CAI with a bypass. thanks for all your help.

if your s/c needed a better intake it would come with one so naturally you will need the management with more air intake, the ecu is not made for that w/ the s/c.

i think with the filter you'll be ok and that the ecu can adjust.
