Hey guys! I'm fairly new here and I have just got my car back from 2 months of not having it due to it being in the Sound Shop getting a custom Built System. Here's what all I put into the car:
2 JL Audio 10W7`s, 2 500/1 amps for Subs, 1 300/4 amp for Mids/Highs. Kenwood DDX7019 DDin Headunit. 10.4 inch TV monitor (ontop of the Arches), Full custom fiberglass encloser, 2 Plexy Glass arches holding up the Monitor, 1 Kinetics powercell under the box along with a Kinetics battery for the car, 180 amp Custom Alternator, 0 gauge wire from front to rear of the car, Infinity Mids/Highs, Blue LED`s behind the Scion Emblems and behind the monitor on the arches to make them glow, 60 Watt strobe kit with 4 bulbs - one bulb behind each Scion Emblem and one bulb at the bottom of each arch, full box except the monitor housing is wrapped in Black vinyl. The monitor housing is wrapped in Black suede.

In total, the price was quite high. Orginially, I didn't expect it to cost this much at all... I was thinking orginially to start off with, it was going to run me around $3500... Well, in all, just the box, wire, fiberglass, Plexy glass, TV, and the upgraded Head Unit, it ended up to double that... >_<

Honestly, due to the fact the Infinity's were cheaper... LoL! but also, the guy who did the work on it told me that he's had a number of complaints that the JL Mids/Highs and Coaxles were blowing really easy and that the people that did have them before switched to Ininity's and they haven't had a problem since. But they sound great!

I don't know the exact numbers of what it's hitting yet, but it should be in the high 140's, possibly hitting the 150 mark. I am going to take it to a sound off and check it out! If you sit in the car and hold your ears (you almost HAVE to), you can literally see everything shaking because it's vibrating your head so bad... It's freakin sweet! LoL!

Yeah.... Half the system is paid for already. I only had to charge the other half. And yes, the sound quality so CLEAR! Thats something that suprised me SO Much... there is no dynamat in this car. Just a full custom built box and fiberglass. The only rattles I have are on the hatch - the cover that has the trunk handle and the scion logo in it, that rattles, and something else that has apparently fallen behind the plastic on the inside. I haven't had time to dig that out.
And actually, I got this built at a really good deal... If you go to Hi Fi Buys or anyplace like that, your looking easy at 13k...
