that click means that the power is reaching the ballast, but you're not grounded. I had the same sound until I fixed it. here is two trouble shooting tips. 1. check and make sure your + and - is correct. 2. check your ground wire.. if the metal is painted, it will not ground... get to an area of the car with no paint on it... bare metal will ground. (check for an area of metal under a metal screw) |

thanks orin ill try that when i get home.. so 1. move my ground to an area with no paint and 2. my positive and negative wires might be switched???? as in manufacture defect?? possible?? 2008 Turbo Scion tCizzle POWERED BY TURBOTOYOTAS! 310WHP, 272WTQ more to come_.. |

I'm not implying that there is any defect in Operatic's product... sometimes it's easy to mismatch a negative and positive connection, just switch and see if it helps. My Scion has some wires in it that are color coded backwards |

my bad i wasnt implying that operatics products are defective i jsut meant as in a harmless mistake that i can fix by switching the wires.. the thing is that the positive wire is much longer than the neg.. i gess i hope thats the problem though! 2008 Turbo Scion tCizzle POWERED BY TURBOTOYOTAS! 310WHP, 272WTQ more to come_.. |

Positive and negative wire wtf? o_O Only the red wire should be going to the battery.. the black wire is the ground wire. Everything else is pretty much self explanatory.. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Thread Killah |

bump..
ok so i got the new kit in today and now i have a better problem then the last time.. the bulbs dont fit and the pattern on the back appears to be different than stock and also the kit is different than the one in the instructions.. does anyone have a kit where there is a neg and pos wire hanging off the ballasts? need help because again i cant get them to work and i took four years of electronics and high school.. which i know was a while ago but still, i think i should be able to figure this out and here i am doing this again.... 2008 Turbo Scion tCizzle POWERED BY TURBOTOYOTAS! 310WHP, 272WTQ more to come_.. |
