I got a chance to watch Redline today, i impressed/umimpressed. The movie opens just like any race movie does, a race! It involved a few "race lords" to bet on how fast one of their drivers can get to Las Vegas. Drivers have their sophisticated gadgets to aid them in their driving, and have the best cars on the road. Like in the beginning race the driver has this cool little nightvision thing on one eye and was going 220MPH. Later on in the movie, there was another race, same driver from the beginning of the movie, raced another young chick(whos dad died in a race years ago), and got speed crazy, hit the nitrous, and car flew up and blew up!

The rest of the movie turned into a bit of Fast and the Furious 3 for me. It delt with kidnapping, and racing. The girl, who raced before, her mother got kidnapped so she would race one more time in a race that involved a $100 Million jackpot. Her "knight in shining armor" that was always there when she was in trouble, rescued the girls mother while she was racing. It had its rich tycoon in the movie, and also a young hot beutiful sexy lucious tanned racer, WHO DOESN'T LIKE THAT!!!

I liked the Fast & Furious movies' better.

Redline was a good movie, but who can afford those cars realistically? Tokyo drift has more imports & mods we can relate better too... yanno?

the script in that movie was terrible IMO
it was pretty much predictable. ofcourse, the cars and ladies were amazing tho

i agree that the whole just wasnt put together well
the story line wasnt that fantastic at all
i wouldnt even give it a 6
loved the cars thou
