Here is a list of upcoming Scion, Toyota, Import/Tuner car shows around the Seattle/Peninsula area. I will update as often as I can and if you know of anythings, please add!

for the Scion Slam at Fort Lewis, you will have to register early and arrive with current insurance, registration, and identification to receive a pass onto the military base. This is a FREE show and also 1st place in military owner and non-military owners receive cash prize and trophy!!!

^where are you located?

I have pre-registered for this show, but now I might not go. We'll see depending on cash flow because of the ferry prices and my vacation starts the day after, ugggh! Too much to do!

But if I do go, I am going to Todai's afterwards for sushi buffet!!!!

I'm in Renton, where are you from? And if you arent from the greater seattle area, renton is right by southcenter haha. todai, seattle or redmond?

I am signed up for the Sept. 8 Scion Slam Show @ Fort Lewis.

Just so you guys know, you do have to pre-register online here:

The show is free and roll-in time is 8am.
To receive a pass onto the base, you must have:

1. Valid Driver's License
2. Current Vehicle Registration
3. Current/valid insurance

When you arrive at the front gate, go to the visitor's center to confirm online registration and receive your pass. The Scion show is located in the PX parking lot.

^Here is the email I received from Kate after I registered:

To all,

I just got your names from the Scion folks - Thank you so much for your
support and participation in our Scion car show - I can't wait to see
your vehicles -

Here is info on how to get on post. Take exit 120 from I-5, choosing
'Fort Lewis' instead of 'N Fort Lewis (North Fort Lewis).' Stop at the
visitor center, on the right before you go through the gate.

We are going to 'on-line' sponsor you, by name, so when you go to the
visitor center, let them know you have been on-line sponsored. We are
also going to add you to the list of folks for the event, but don't
have
time to send you the post pass through the mail -

The visitor center will check driver's license, car registration and
proof of insurance, then issue you a pass for the day.

When you get through the gate, after showing them your pass, continue
on
straight through a few traffic lights - you will see the Post Exchange
(PX) on the right - it is a big store/shopping center with a big
parking
lot in front. Take a right just past the PX parking lot, then your
first right again, then a right into the parking lot - the Scion event
is set up in the PX parking lot, and there will be a car show
registration tent and people to direct you.

you can have them call me: 370-789-3461.

Thanks - don't hesitate to call or email if you have any questions. I
will be out of the office quite a bit tomorrow helping with set up, but
will try to get back to check emails, and I will have my phone with me.

I think there is a meet-up/caravan at the 272nd st park and ride parking lot. It's off of exit 143 in Federal Way. I will be coming from across the water so won't be able to roll in with anyone .

Since the roll-in time for the show is 8am, there is still some debate as to what time to meet up for the caravan. It takes approximately 1 hour from Federal Way to get to the base, so I'm assuming 630-7am?
