State Traffic Laws (A link to describe each state's laws)

Floridagirl just made a link of Florida laws changing so I felt like researching for a site that would list all state traffic laws sinc we all are scattered around the country.

Here's a great link and it's state by state with sub directories all all infractions:

note: If a little menu pops up when you open it just click close and it goes right to the site.


-Click on your state
-Select what area you are looking into
-Select "Transportation" under the drop menu on the next page
-Then filter down into the more specific infractions list


I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones. A.E.

Thanks.

This way, if you ever get pulled over or get a ticket for something, you will have the actual law to read and try and understand if you choose to take it to court. You will be able to have a better arguement than just..."I didn't see the cop.." or "I don't believe I was speeding.."

when my brother got pulled over for speeding about 2-3 weeks ago, he tried fighting with every law, but he decided not to goto court. there was no way he would win. he was doing 89 in a 70 on I-75 (which is farely common around here) cop lasered him and wrote him tha ticket. legally the police dept doesnt have to give my brother the calibration records/officer notes until the DAY OF the trial so he couldnt even prepare a case if he wanted to

He should have just taken his ticket to 1 of those ticket lawyers...thats what I did n they're going to court for me next week..n I was doing 70 in a 45..but he said they win cases with people going way over the speed limit..hopefully he's good n wins the case *knock on wood*!
