amp + sunroof? wiring help

 just lookin for some help, yesturday i wired my car up for an amp and it all went well, the system works fine no flaws until like an hour after my windows were lagging, i guess u can put it, they werent going up at first then they went reaaallly slow and then they started working fine...

then today everything was working perfectly and then the sunroof did the same thing, it wouldnt work at first then it started moving slow and now i have to hold it for 5 seconds before it starts moving and then it moves VERY slow, but still works,

i cant figure out wats going on.. this is wut i have come up with..

1. something with the batterY
2. i need a capacitor
3. i blew a fuse (but they still WORK its jus they dont work properly)

 did you reset all your windows and stuff? i think for the sunroof you hold the button closed for 5 secs then all open for 5 secs

 you have to do this anytime you disconnect the battery. Be especially careful with the sunroof, because if you open the sunroof and close it without resetting the motor, it won't close with a tight seal, and if you go through a carwash, your interior will look like niagra falls. I found this one out the hard way
