bulb removal/replacement in dome light

 im wanting to put a different bulb in the center spot of my dome light, but i cant get the bulb out. it doesnt want to twist and im scared im gonna break it. what should i do?

 keep twisting. it won't break. it'll come out. at one point, i used pliers and the bulb didn't break. good luck!

 DONT TWIST!!!!!!

Just gently wiggle the bulb and it will come out

 yea just wiggle it out...dont twist it might break something..try pushing it in then wiggle out

 yeah, definitely don't twist! if you unscrew the fixture that holds the bulb in, it can get itself up in the headliner, and then you have to take it all apart to get it back in place.
