THE SHADOW

This is for those that aren't sure how this works. Here's a quick tutorial on the install :

Tools:
Flathead screwdriver

1)Locate the 3 pop tabs that you will be removing:

Passenger's:

2)Place flathead screwdriver in pop tab groove: (The thinner the head of the screwdriver, the easier this will be)

3)Push the driver into the flip tab until you get the head to pop:

4)Pull the tab out:

5)When you align the coolilng plate, slide the front edge into place first and lay it flat on the supports around the gap frame:

6)Re-install the pop tabs and you're done .
*Note: When re-installing the pop tabs, make sure the head is still popped up as in picture 3 or else the clip will be expanded already and it won't fit into the hole.

Enjoy

Lol I wondered the same damn thing n it's partially cosmetic cuz it just makes the engine bay look a lot cleaner cuz it gets rid of that big a$$ gap in the front there but I also found this:

"The flow of air is not only limited to the outside of a car. To maximize cooling capabilities, a radiator needs a direct flow of air to allow an engine to maintain consistent temperatures on the race track. Because of structural gaps above the radiator, the flow of air could escape making the radiator not as efficient as it could be.

To help improve the flow of air into the radiator, the Radiator Cooling Plate can be utilized to channel the flow of air directly to the radiator. This will improve the efficiency of the radiator while adding a high-tech, race inspired look to your engine bay"

I ordered this sticker for the cooling plate so I'm gonna wait till I put it on before I install the plate. And my K2 grille as well. And organizing my HID ballasts. Man I have alot to do. But this definitely will help thanks Web.
