Hey everyone I'm ordering 18x7.5 Enkei Evo 5 wheels in machined black, 35mm offset. I need to decide, however, which tires I want on them. I want low profile of course but I don't want them too small. I was thinking 215/35R18's but I'm open to suggestions. Any better ideas or what do you guys have on your 18" wheels? Thanks.

225/40/18 would be a good size. DON'T GO BELOW 40.....they are paper thin and good luck when you hit a pot hole at 50+ mph.

225/40 is perfect setup for 7.5" wheels and keeping stock rotational circumferance

Thanks man I'll go with those. I wanted my speedometer to stay dead on and to avoid tire wear.

yup 225/40/18's are the best route. I rock 215/35/19s and yes they are paper thin but dayum do they turn some heads lol.

i have 18" 7.5 enkei's and i'm running 235 40 18's. They're a little taller and a little wider and fit like a glove.

What's the offset b/c that's a wide tread to fit under there. My offset on my 17x7 is 38 and with the 225/45/17s, they are about 2-3mm from being flush with the outside of the fender.

good question? they're the optional one's you can get from the dealer. I just checked the faq site and it doesn't give the offset for the 18's, just the 17's. the extra width towards the outer edge isn't that much. i could probably still fit 10-15mm spacers in there if my car wasn't lowered.

^ that's only at the top of the fender well, though. it sticks out past the fender at the bottom

225/40's...can't beat that, perfect combo...will fit with most springs and give the nice low profile look for you high rising tc's...
