Paginated "Latest Thread Activity" page?

 Is it possible to get a pagenated "Latest Thread Activity" page? I click on it and it shows a good bit of threads, but if I'm not on for a few days or we get a boom in thread posting, we can't view the rest of the threads to comment on.

Maybe in the new version? Or is this something quick to do?...?
