 whats the easiest way to get moisture out of headlights...and then the best way to seal it so it wont happen again

 hairdryer into the bulb socket.

to seal it, i think any type of caulking with moisture protectant should do. is it aftermarket headlights? u could try baking them open and sticking it back and applying some more caulk/sealant

 yea its aftermarket....would baking it be the best choice, to totally clean it out?
