Do you hate it when a user thinks you have a vagina when you have a penis? Do you hate it when a user thinks you have a penis when you really have a vagina? I know I do; ITS HARD WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE EITHER.
Would it make things easier if I display a little gender icon near a user's name or something for each forum post? (the little circle with arrow or cross on it?) I've seen this done on some forums and it really helps people get their posts straight when they think every user on the internet is a male.
If this is sexist or in bad taste, let me know and I'll forget the idea!

I think its a good idea, because unless the person has like "girl" or "man" or something like that in the name it can sometimes be confusing and you have to make a guess, so in my opinion it sounds like a good idea

lol that would be a pretty sweet idea...makes life easier since i have no idea sometimes if the person i'm responding to is a guy or girl...in most cases i do though lol
