it should be fine up to 350whp :o. Why? Who wants to know? Someone that's rebuilding a tC for cheap and turbo'ing it with the extra cash? hmm? ![]() ![]() ![]() The Thread Killah |

It can, but it'll wear away faster than normal. You may look into durable materials like Kevlar/Carbon composite. |

Stage II Kevlar or Carbon Steel/Kevlar discs are better for turbo applications. Higher grip strength and longer life due to the kevlar. ![]() Complaining is futile when you supported the victory. |

Clutchmasters has a stage II but not sure what the material is...........it's either carbon steel or carbon kevlar. Try to stay away from ACT due to some quality issues from many that I've known to have them. Broken clutch disc, throw out bearing being lubricated minimally from the factory, early clutch slip due to excess wear..... I'd stick with ClutchMasters and check their stage II out. But just make sure you're going to have enough power that makes the Stage II worth while. As was stated before, it's not worth getting an upgraded clutch that is overkill. You'll hate it in the end. Stage II should be MORE than enough for a Stage I turbo setup even with 300 whp if you get it up that high with tuning. ![]() Complaining is futile when you supported the victory. |

I have heard some good things about SPEC clutches on our rides. Very good prices for what you get 2. Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. -Ben Franklin |
