Hi all,After 90 minutes of trying to coax the Räzo RA89 knob onto the abnormally long shift rod, I managed to get it installed in a way where it didn-t look silly/uneven. It-s intentionally as low as it can go to give the shifter a little more aggressive feel that you just don-t normally get with an automatic.I also made a very tight-fitting rubber insert for the hollow aluminum knob so it grips the rod much better and a) doesn-t make a metal-on-metal scraping sound from the top of the rod hitting the inside-top of the knob, and b) provides much more shifting power since the whole knob is now used to shift instead of simply the metal collar around the middle of the knob that attaches to the shifter rod. What do you all think? I wish the shift arm was a little thicker in diameter...

Looks very cute for an auto. Actually way better than the funny looking Scion/OBX knobs. Good job!

I dropped it as far as it would go until the top of the shift rod touched the inside-top of the knob. Also makes for a better feel when using it.

Where-d you get your knob? I can-t decide whether or not to get an automatic or manual when I get my tc. After seeing your knob, I may have just decided...

Automatic and Manual tranny threading on the tC is identical, doesn-t matter wether u get manual, or automatic, the shifter will be the same...You can get those knobs from e-bay. Any japanese -jdm- sites...or any other performance store should carry these and replicas. SO check em out, go0d luck!
