I just ordered a borla exhaust system for my tC and im looking to get an intake, and for me its a toss up between the AEM and the K&N. Which do you guys prefer/recommend ?

K&N....

AEM is the same as TRD and is lower in the "list" of best intakes...

AEM V2 when they make it ...best one for the RSX so it'll be the best for yours.

K&N is good, i got one. it treats me nice, and btw i just think all CAI are the same, it just sucks in air, why spend $99999 on one.......just something to think about

^Not all are the same. Slightly different calculations in the bends of the pipes can lead to a drastically different amount of air passing the MAF sensor and entering the TB.

yea i was told that a intake that runs to the ground and cai is the best for my car. i can get a AEM cai for like 210 bucks rite now its on sale.

well this is always going to be debatable, i mean look at the stock box
its just plastic and rubber hoses nothing calculated there...

i think the key is in the tube holding the MAF this is important for the MAF to get a proper reading, our car is set for 2.5 but yet the fujita uses a 2.75 as well as the K&N so... its all subjective, i think your better off just worrying about the quality of the filter...lol
