    We spoke b4. I am now listing my place in Scottsdale a 2br/2ba at 96th and Via Linda for $215K with the prospecy of gettin' the Hell out of this heat soak and moving to Prescott! Will be listed in MLS Monday, so if you know anyone who is interested since you are local, let me know. The unit has a new a/c and roof, 1105 sq ft, prime location. At peak, this would have gone for $275K, but since I bought new in 2002 (conversion), it was only $147.5K so I will turn a nice profit, snowbirds would really dig this place. Am interested in cash buyer as I own this outright! Have a nice Sunday!

    well, I am working on a master's at ASU in Human Services, but at 48, it's hard. My memory is not as sharp as it used to be and there are a LOT of psychology classes I have to take. No fun believe me!

    Actually with your mods you are making close to 185-190hp at the crank! Nice ride!
